One of the incentives that the current Government introduced for primary producers as a part of the Clean Energy Future Plan, the “conservation tillage refundable tax offset” seems to have had very little press or action over the past financial year.

So what does a "non-election" budget in the lead up to an election look like? It's a no win-no win, with plenty of spending cuts, almost no sector of the community spared, yet it still manages to add another $19.4 billion to the national debt levels.
There are two kinds of business owners, those that are decisive...and those who aren't sure. In business today, we are faced with a multitude of decisions to make. An endless flow of emails, phone calls, visitors, websites and more, all screaming for attention and wanting a piece of you!
What have been the key successes in your business? I suspect it perhaps wasn't landing a big account, or the discovery of a new process. When in fact the reality is that I am a million miles away. I am not even close to concentrating on what she has to say.
Over recent years, I have read a lot of material about culture and the positive and negative impacts that this can have on the performance of your organisation, team or business. It was especially interesting reading this week as I have followed the current rise and momentum attached to the Port Adelaide Football Club.
